Yeah I thought something like this might happen with the rename. :( Since it's been renamed, the plugin should (I think) be installed to a different directory (now Packages/DocBlockr) so I had to change the path to the macro.
Anyway, the fix is to rename the Packages/JSDocs directory to Packages/DocBlockr
from sublime-jsdocs.

You may probably change the repo too: spadgos / sublime-jsdocs -> spadgos / sublime-docblockr
