I reported this issue with the original migration. The OTUs for synonyms were added to both synonym name and to a valid name with preffix. In this particular example, coerulescens should be the OTU of Leptacris coerulescens, rosea is the OTU of Leptacris rosea. At the moment, you can just move the OTUs to appropriate TaxonName. When the merge tool is developed, two OTUs of the same taxon could be merged into a single one.

Thanks. After moving the two prefix OTUs to the corresponding
synonyms, TaxonPages picks the correct OTU that has the previously
missing image. Wouldn't it be easier to directly delete them? The
prefix OTUs have the same data as the main synonym OTUs.
