Ok so we have a basic approach on this. How it currently works:
- There is now a hidden Grasshopper setting that is set as soon as the menu gets loaded. This setting holds the name of the default converter set by the user.
- This setting is then checked when creating a new node that derives from
SelectKitComponentBase.
Ideally, the KitManager should be able to set the current default kit for that machine or user. This would allow me to remove the hidden setting, and keep everything under the manager's roof.
