@Gazza-ERGO Does this happen every time it is sent? or was it just once? it seems you closed yoroi before entering the password then reopening yoroi-dapp-connector and submit the tx. And after you returned to UI you saw this 2 popups.

It has happened multiple times, at least 3. This could be the issue
actually. I use a password manager so when I click to copy password,
connector closes and I need to open again to complete transaction..

Understand.
Every time when you close dapp connector you will see some message (tx submitted or user rejected) it is how yoroi dapp connector works. In your situation you see it multiple times because password manager closes connector and you reopen it.
It is not the our UI issue. If you think password manager shouldnt close the dapp connector, please write issue yoroi team. Thanks!
