You could either use a type alias for "url", or use the "wiki" type and just add the wiki syntax for interwiki-links.

Yes, this works! Very nice. Interwikilinks in a wiki-type entry save us much typing.

And what about "page" type? (however using interwiki links in wiki data type will be affected with pagemove plugin, what we usualy want).
