Add also title to _url entries about dokuwiki-plugin-data HOT 4 CLOSED

Maybe "page" and "title" could be removed in favour of "wiki"? One could then acheive the old behaviour by adding "page" and "title" tag type as alias of "wiki" with prefix [[ and postfix ]]
Might add overhead of parsing Wiki Syntax instead of just producing a wikilink from a value...
But datatype "wiki" doesn't support aliases yet.
