Works here. Are you sure you have either libGD in your PHP setup or configured imagemagick?

I checked it again and found out that this problem occurs only in a non-public wiki. But the user who is logged in, has (admin) rights for the whole wiki. Apparently the dw2pdf plugin does not take account of these rights - or do I miss something.
If the group @ALL gets reading permission for the wiki the images are correctly embedded in the pdf.

Can you please retry with the latest version? It works fine with a completly restricted wiki for me.

I have exactly the same problem. My setup:
- DokuWiki (2010-11-07 "Anteater")
- Closed Wiki
- Group "@ALL" has no access rights
- Latest Version of dw2pdf (just downloaded from here)
The export works perfectly fine. Images are included if they are not scaled. As soon as I add an ?x=100 or just ?100 the images will not be included in the PDF - only a red "x".
Any suggestions?

What is your userewrite setting?
