npm一样提供了global跟local两种机制，一种build在当前目录，一种build在全局目录，{prefix}/lib/node_modules，执行代码放在{prefix}/bin，man的部分放在了{prefix}/share/man，而local方式直接丢在./node_modules，bin在./node_modules/.bin/，man不安装。

目前拆分本地跟server端两套工具，本地其实对于web应用来讲不需要global，直接简单粗暴的把模块安装到seajs所在目录搞定。
