Chances to download entire album instead of a single track should have been much lowered than what it used to be. A lot of improvements were made to how the tool matches the song on YouTube.
I can't reproduce this with "At The Gates - At War with Reality" (https://open.spotify.com/track/19JwdNrMXnm2pVepX3KvfO) anymore either.
Closing this issue.

This might be hard to fix but can you provide some examples where album name and song name are same? I'll try to find a way.

Yeah, just as a minor example of this, for example when you view the entire album for At The Gates' At War With Reality on Spotify and copy/paste all of the open.spotify links into the list.txt for a batch execution, when it hits the song with the same title, At War With Reality, instead of downloading the song it justs downloads the entire album into a single .mp3
