Not acknowledging receive about gs-messaging-rabbitmq HOT 4 CLOSED

The ack should be automatic. What's the symptom (what do you see)? And what leads you to conclude that it's a message from the previous run?

Probably my rabbitMQ config is wrong. With that being said:

   @Override
    public void run(String... args) throws Exception {
        System.out.println("Waiting five seconds...");
        Thread.sleep(5000);
        System.out.println("Sending message...");
//        rabbitTemplate.convertAndSend(queueName, "Hello from RabbitMQ!");
    }

When I run my app 2nd time, output was arriving immediately without the 5 second thread sleep & sending(even when I commented out the sending part).

Waiting five seconds...
Received <Hello from RabbitMQ!>

In my rabbitMq admin panel it says, Ready 1 msg. I suppose this should be cleared after received by the app.

Spring AMQP documentation says: CachingConnectionFactory that has its publisherConfirms property set to true Can I be sure that spring boot configuration is configured so?
