I am not sure whether I understand the question correctly. The Spring UAA implementation that is currently being used inside STS/GGTS etc. is open-source for the client-side code (part of this repository). However, the server-side part is not (as far as I know) and the data that STS/GGTS is collecting is also not publicly available (and will not be). If you want to, you could, of course, go ahead and customize the UAA implementation to do different things and/or to report to a different server, that shouldn't be a big deal. But it si not what the UAA part is designed for, so it might be a bit clunky to do it.

Right, I had that understanding before.
My question is: can I send Nodeclipse usage data (using modified Spring UAA) to the Spring server,
and then see that information (hopefully as public).
The hope is that if your server-side solution is configurable enough for let some 'guests' browse,
than there would be no need to create such things for Nodeclipse, and possibly other projects.
Think about it as Pivotal service to others open-source projects.

Understand, but unfortunately we don't have any plans to make that data publicly available and my understanding is that we will not change this. Sorry.

I see. Thank you for the answer.
I do believe this is to be platform feature. E.g. some source contributed to Eclipse, but it unlikely to be not top priority any time soon.
