As far as I can tell, this is caused by the game losing focus.
When this bug happens, the top bar always shows another active program (ie Chrome, Finder)
For whatever reason, clicking ingame does not regain focus. The user instead has to:
- Click outside the game
- Click the game again
Edit: Nvm, managed to get this bug to happen with Squally focused
from squally.

Added a call to glfwFocusWindow after window creation. If this comes up again, let me know

it probably will still break, I had added a call whenever we load a new scene to refocus it and it still didn't do diddly squat, but it's fine.

Managed to test this -- I didn't solve it.
Suggestion: a chron task that simply detects the issue, and updates a "true"/"false" string in the debug UI
If we can't even detect the issue, we probably will never fix it

glfw should be upgraded, going to close until any users encounter it again
