Public API for HTTP response cache about okhttp HOT 4 CLOSED

Next up: give it a better public API. Drop the internal API calls (get/put/update) and focus on the user-visible knobs: directory, size, & stats.

We have a use case where we want to clear the HttpResponseCache used by OkHttp without setting a new HttpResponseCache. Is this something that could be added? Right now, there's only a method to delete the cache and no way of recreating it other than creating a new HttpResponseCache.

@iamstuffed clearing the entire cache is rarely the right answer. It suggests you aren't using your HTTP caching headers properly. Could you create a separate issue to explain what you want and why you want it?
