Allow download of HTML report about ssllabs-scan HOT 6 OPEN

I plan to implement this with all images embedded in the markup itself. Further, I'll use a simplified header. I'll also examine if the page make-up needs to be changed to produce better results when printing.

@ivanr just an idea: why not make an html template page that reads the a domain JSON assement result via javascript and them populates the template?

THe use case I have is to attache the HTML report (self contained) to a scan and the the email that has the notification that the scan is finished. Users will be very confused if you need to save two files just to view results.
