I found out that new image clip previews are now being generated in webm format, whereas my old GIF previews are still in GIF format in wall/grid view. Maybe this is now an issue for Apple webkit? I think something must have changed since a few versions back, maybe with the introduction of handling short videos as image clips?

Ok somehow it works again, at least when I scan the GIFs and dont generate any previews. It now shows them as they are as GIF in wall/grid view. Thread can be closed 😊
