too many red circles
pagniation doesnt work
we discussed that the header and sorting should be removed
the list isn't populated
from open-bounty.

Please note that the list is populated only when a label 'bounty' is attached to a issue in a repository that is enabled on "Manage" page.
There's no "initial scan" logic that adds existing bounty-labeled issues.
- enable repository with a checkbox
- attach bounty label
- see the issue appearing on the list
from open-bounty.

yes which is why i was confused seeing anything listed
from open-bounty.
