Hi, sorry for the late reply, I didn't see you reopened the issue.
This error may occur when ffmpeg is not installed (at system level or within the conda environment).
Could you please check if ffmpeg is already installed on your machine? You can just run ffmpeg -version in a terminal
Please also take a look at issue #90
from simple-hrnet.

Thanks for your review. I tested the code on a public machine supported by my school lab.
which means I don't have the right to install the ffmpeg at the system level (i think this stuff cause the problem)
Because of the covid-19 issue, I can't go back to my school... T_T
from simple-hrnet.
