after second try I found the issue, it appears not from the begging but after some manipulations with text inside ngWig. pretty weird behaviour.
ngWig is using standard pasteHtmlAtCaret method for pasting content. Nothing special

@stevermeister I changed the video to a gif. Hopes that clarify the problem that i had on IE11 and not on Firefox, chrome or edge.
