Can BackTester be run within Azure? about mynt HOT 3 CLOSED

The local setup is not something I use myself. Perhaps @jgsnijders or @gabrielvdk can elaborate on how that works, but I believe it's a Windows-only deal. The backtester is something that cannot be run on Azure and needs to run locally. However, for BackTester.Console to run you need to run it on Windows as well since it's not a .NET Core project.
