Where to add entitlement for iFile to work ? about g0blin HOT 9 CLOSED

i cant ssh to my phone, when i try with putty or cyberduck its says timed out. IfunBox said that my phone is Jailed. I cant install apple file conduit2 because of cannot connect to the server:
subprocess new extra-installation script returned error exit status 1
sub-process usr/libexec/cydia/cydo returned an error code 1
