Yeah, me does not complete the jailbreak. It install cydia, but always reboot on installing bootstrap.

@Danoded Cydia is installed, but you need to refresh the uicache. Connect to your device via ssh (port 2222, user: root, pass: alpine) and type in uicache
And Cydia does not open for me anyway. I'm still trying to find the problem.

Either it just reboots after pressing jailbreak, reboots after pressing try or tries to install bootstrap then reboots.

v0rtex exploit works on 1st try using this https://github.com/thisiswisy/v0rtex-injector. I open the app and used the "method 2". Seems that there's nothing wrong with the v0rtex exploit, just the implementation of it.
