简单的开发，有几个重点环节需要重点关注下：

  1. 需要搭建1个信令服务用于交换SDP，方式很多，可以用http的方式，也可以用长连接的方式，比如websocket。
  2. 基于libice开发一个音视频流分发服务 （SFU模式），peerconnection的建立、音视频的分发和处理可以参考webrtc的源码

如果开发大型的商用服务，还需要考虑智能调度系统，就近的边缘分发、中继分发等等，这个就相对比较复杂了。
