Hey @eziowayne22 Thanks for the report! I'm very curious what's going on, but it's hard to determine without a reproducible example for us to play with. Some questions of curiosity.

  1. Is there a small app that demonstrates it not working? Any chance you can share your code?
  2. Confirming, this is only on mobile? What device/browser are you using?
  3. At the minimum, can you push a duplicate version of the app to community cloud on the latest, so we can investigate any errors being generated?

Really appreciate your help here!

Hi,

I've run into the same issue and can point you to an example:

  1. Code for the small app can be found here.
  2. The display works fine on my PC browsers, but for my iPhone 12 and my roommate's iPhone the app displays blank. I tried this for Safari, Firefox and Chrome.
  3. I've pushed this to the community cloud here.

Let me know if you have the same issue!

Hey @jdpeiffer6 Thanks for the help. I was unable to reproduce this on our browser. See screenshot from a simulated ios device.

Can you identify your Safari version? We've had stories in the past, and it's always been associated with an old Safari version. We guarantee versions working for the the two most versions of Safari (16 and 17).

  1. Go to Settings on your iOS device.
  2. Scroll down and choose the General tab.
  3. Within the General tab choose the About tab. Here you will see the iOS Version section with your current version displayed next to it.

Based on iOS Ref, an iPhone 12 should be able to get the latest iOS, and therefore the latest Safari.

Ah ha! I was previously on iOS 16. After upgrading to iOS 17.4.1, I can see the app on all browsers (Firefox and Chrome now). Thanks!
