Are they all at the same level as the cspell.json, or does it need to be **/*Test.js to match subfolders?

I have changed the glob ignore behavior slightly to match .gitignore rules. I hope this now works as expected.
*Tests.jswill exclude any file no matter how deep that ends inTests.js.node_modules/**will only excludenode_modulesin the current (root) directory, not nested ones..gitwill exclude any directory called.gitno matter how deep.
