`.to_json` throws an error when just the Poncho::Resource is used and not the whole library about poncho HOT 2 OPEN

Confirmed still an issue, though unsure if this is still in active development given the lack of response. I don't see a ruby lib to simply implementing to_json so it would need to be made separately first and then the user would need to either utilise that particular function or the normal json lib which could be problematic.

The size difference would likely be quite small but I get that it all adds up too.

One possibility, I guess, would be to add require 'json' to that Resource but then that would imply that space is taken for all that use that class rather than just those that need to_json functions.
