Have restarted reader and android device and receiving the same error

from stripe-terminal-android.

Hi Anton,

Can you try resetting the reader (via inserting a paperclip into the small hole next to the USB port). That often helps with this shape of issue.

Have tried to reset don't work, only way to make it work is to downgrade to the beta 9

Hmm, I noticed that I can't find the device you're using (CHB204650000714) in our device database. Can you make sure that you got the device from Stripe, and not through a third party?

Yeah its definitely a stripe one! That's super weird that its not in your DB (it was a test one from a while back).

Ah, yeah our earliest beta readers are different in a few ways (and in a different DB, which I forgot to check) and are probably what's causing the problem. Feel free to contact Stripe support and they'll be able to send you a new one to swap out.
