Replace inlined packages/modules about vscode-stylelint HOT 2 CLOSED

@ntwb this is what I had mentioned in https://github.com/orgs/stylelint/teams/core/discussions/11?from_comment=7#discussion-11-comment-7, because I don’t think we trust any of those packages to stay available on npm or GitHub. I don’t think they can be removed from npm, but it doesn’t sound desirable to depend on something for which the source will no longer be available.

I think it would be great to replace these with other third-party dependencies, but it sounds like a nice-to-have more than anything.

For find-pkg-dir vs find-pkg, there is a comparison over at https://github.com/stylelint/vscode-stylelint/tree/master/lib/find-pkg-dir#benchmark, but I’m not sure I understand the significance of it.
