Remove the stylelint dependency about vscode-stylelint HOT 1 CLOSED

Unbundling the stylelint version … will also lessen the maintenance burden on having to have this extension updated and published whenever there is a new stylelint release.

We should ensure that the extension includes tests to support local and global installs of stylelint and works with npm, Yarn, and pnpm.

The latest issues in #237, #239, and #243 stress the importance of testing the extension in different contexts, as well as the relief that getting rid of the bundled stylelint will provide. As it stands right now, tests only run in the workspace that is vscode-stylelint itself, and that is not the real-life context that the extension is going to be running in. Additionally, all this whack-a-mole with bad require patterns would be side-stepped if we didn't use the bundled stylelint.
