Integrating Discourse with Gatsby Ghost blog about gatsby-theme-try-ghost HOT 3 CLOSED

thanks for using this project and for your positive feedback 😄

As you already noted, this project supports the commenting system Commento. However, integrating discourse can be easily done with a new plugin. Based on what I read about js integration of discourse, users always have to navigate to the discourse forum to reply.

If that's the case, a discourse plugin would only need to fetch the posts from their API and display them in the Gatsby/Casper front-end, maybe with a static link to their forum. So, if you'd like to contribute such a plugin to this project, I'd be happy to help you get started with it.

Yeah, its true that users have to navigate to the forum to reply but that way all of the discussions can be at one single space.

Thanks, i'd really appreciate any help i can get in this regard. Though i know very little about creating plugins or coding in general. I'll help in any way i can :)

Also, is there any way i contact you ( i want to your thoughts on a few things im working on) apart from using git comments? lol
