gym.error.UnregisteredEnv: No registered env with id: flashgames.NeonRace-v0 about hands-on-reinforcement-learning-with-python HOT 2 CLOSED

Actually I made it work.

The problem was that the newest openai/universe no longer works with gym==0.7.0 nor with the newest gym==0.10.5. Apparently the current openai/universe version needs gym==0.9.5.

Also needed to run pip install box2d-py (whereas pip install Box2D installed a package but the CarCacing demo didn't work).

It may be good to keep the current setup instructions that work with current revisions of universe, gym, etc on github for your readers' convenience?

So far enjoying the book though. I'm sure once I get through these teething problems it will be a lot of fun! :)

My environment:

MacOS==10.13.6/gym==0.7.4/universe==3

• Install XCode Command Line Tools first xcode-select --install
• pip install Box2D box2d box2d-kengz
• pip install docker-py --upgrade (openai/universe#165)

After this, everything is working.
