Thanks for reporting that!

It looks like the computation does not finish at all.
I think the cause is that the algorithm in Groebner.jl is just not good for lex. monomial order (which is the default order for multivariate polynomials in AbstractAlgebra.jl).

You can consider computing in degree reverse lex. order, which should be fast:

@time basis = groebner(polys, ordering=DegRevLex())
  0.001687 seconds (5.26 k allocations: 1.715 MiB)

Alternatively, if lex. order is needed, I don't know if there are other Julia packages that would work on Windows.
On WSL, you can try using Oscar.jl (https://docs.oscar-system.org/dev/CommutativeAlgebra/GroebnerBases/groebner_bases/)
