f530301 kind of fixes this. However I'm not sure if gentool can autodetect compiler headers paths, there is also some errors present in generated bindings that requires fixing.

problems:
memset target pass 'this' for structs, should be '&this', also there is static field that should be extern otherwise it's a link error.

Just in case someone else have problems building that, there is a demo in https://github.com/Superbelko/imgui-d/tree/master/examples/basic_demo_gl3 which have exacts steps to build, it relies on gentool bindings generator to generate actual version, otherwise this project contains manually created bindings for version imgui v1.62.
