How/Where to setup Wireguard itself ? about wgrest HOT 4 CLOSED

I'm unable to figure out where this nice package expects Wireguard. In a seperate container or locally installed ?

It expects a wireguard installed on the same machine where the wgrest running.

Does it use the kernelmodule with wgctrl ?

It uses IPC for communicating with wireguard. The wgctrl is a command-line util for managing wireguard, and it uses IPC as well. So wgrest doesn't depend on wgctrl.

Maybe some additional information in the Readme would be nice.
