Question 5 of Chapter 3 still remains unanswered about cplusplus-prog-exercises HOT 5 CLOSED

Update 1: I have merged the 'prog-ex-3.5' to 'master' to make the problem statement available to people without changing branches...

The branch 'prog-ex-3.5' will not be deleted and will remain until this problem is not solved.

This update also serves as the explanation for pull request #15 .

Update 2: I have now started working on this question... Most likely, this issue will resolved in the next few hours...

Update 3: I have created a branch 'prog-ex-3.5-solution' to allow the visitors, an opportunity to see the progress of the solution.

I have pushed the first version of the solution.. It is just a prototype and hence, will not be able to run or execute... (but it will compile with warnings)

The above mentioned branch will remain in existence, until the solution is not completed and merged into its base branch 'prog-ex-3.5'.

Update 4: The list of major and minor changes that has happened in this version, as compared with its previous version are as follows:

• MAJOR
  Added definitions to the two function whose prototypes were declared in the previous version.. Now, the program can both be COMPILED and EXECUTED.

• MINOR

  1. Changed the number of total voters (for testing purposes) from 25 to 10.
  2. Made some changes to the look and feel of the program (how the program will look on the screen, once it's run by the user) and hence, the program will look slightly cleaner and more polished.

Update 5: Add the code to display the number of votes given to each candidate as well as number of 'spoilt' votes that has been casted by the voters...

And, hence, this solution is finally COMPLETE.

Will delete branches 'prog-ex-3.5-solutions' and 'prog-ex-3.5' once it has been fully merged with their base branches through pull requests #17.

And, hence for all intents and purposes, this issue is now considered CLOSED.
