Update 1: Started working on the solution of this question... Progress of the solution could be tracked by switching to branch 'prog-ex-3.6-solution'

Basic framework of the solution has been added.

1. Declare and fill the four static arrays with data, along with a integer constant to store the number of elements present in each array.
2. Add the fundamental code of the for loop to display the information in the form of table.

And, hence, with this update, the answer to this question has been completed and this issue is now considered closed.
