adjust setup instructions to composer about symfony-cmf-docs HOT 6 CLOSED

the phpcr-odm standalone setup in the README had to be changed like this: doctrine/phpcr-odm@0c16a7a

for symfony 2.1 it should be simpler as there are more assumptions.

well if somebody is using symfony2.1 with composer we can assume he mostly knows about composer and can just tell to add the phpcr-odm and a specific phpcr implementation to the right composer.json

Would be nice to have a notice noting that as of now, when using Symfony 2.1 if you want to use the Doctrine ORM (default in Symfony 2.1) you should change the version from ORM 2.2 to ORM 2.3 since ORM 2.2 requires Common 2.2 and ODM requires Common 2.3.
