indeed this note is at the wrong place. it is about installing the LiipVieBundle used for the frontend-editing with create.js (see https://github.com/liip/LiipVieBundle). i guess frontend editing should have its own tutorial chapter like the SimpleCmsBundle.

the readme of the VieBundle could be a starting point: https://github.com/liip/LiipVieBundle
but things will change quite a bit once the update to createphp lands.
