Thanks for this report! I have also noticed this recently and got reports about it in the WordPress forums. Unfortunately, I have not yet found a definite cause for this, but I assume that it's related to the way how TablePress combines the "Advanced Editor", the Media Gallery and the "Insert Link" dialog.
I will try to fix this in one the next versions, for which I plan to rewrite this integration.
Meanwhile, I recommend to use the "Insert Link" dialog directly on the table's "Edit" screen (without opening the "Advanced Editor" first). That will show you the same dialog, but this time, all elements will be useable.
