Flag to provide invokers ability to stop parser from complaining about external imports about pbparser HOT 4 OPEN

This needs to be handled by providing invokers ability to provide parsing options. This is a Public API change and will need changes to examples, docs etc as well. This'll take some time, but I'll get to it.

Hi @tallstoat, I'd like to take a crack at this but I'm not sure if you're alive or if this library is maintained any more :) (I hope it is, it's awesome and thanks for your work so far!)...

We could make this a /v2 (as Go likes) to maintain the current one, and either or both of the Parse functions could take either functional options or just an ignoreDependencies option.

Then in verifier.go we would ignore the the public dependencies check and not parse some of the dependencies.

Then again you wrote this and I can't see easily without a lot of investigation how this would affect other places in the code, so I'd appreciate some input here. Happy to do the work myself...

Is this of your interest @tallstoat? My current use case is that when I use google wrappers for scalar values I get errors like:

ImportModuleReader is unable to provide content of dependency module google/protobuf/wrappers.proto. Reason:: open myfolder/google/protobuf/wrappers.proto: no such file or directory
