Hi,

If you have any FaceX questions, it's best to refer to the original FaceX-Zoo repository since it might contain the answer. The Python we used is 3.9.

Had a look in the logging.conf file in FaceX-Zoo/face_sdk/config folder.

[handler_fileHandlers] # fileHandlers
    class = logging.handlers.RotatingFileHandler
    level = DEBUG
    formatter = fmt
    args = ('logs/sdk.log', 'a', 10000, 3, 'UTF-8')

There was a typo in [handler_fileHandlers] (containing an extra closing square bracket).
Working alright now.
