Try ignorePath: '../../'
This is one of those things where it's impossible to have a working solution for every possible scenario. Setting ignorePath will simply take the resulting path: '../../../bower_components/...' and replace what you specify in ignorePath: '../../' and remove it: '../bower_components/...'
Please re-open if this doesn't work for you!

Ahhh. I wasn't aware of that config option. Yeah, it's an awkward issue! ignorePath should do the trick though! I'll report back if i'm still having issues!
