Regex in exclude? about wiredep HOT 4 CLOSED

Have you tried passing a Regular Expression to the exclude option?

From the docs:

...
exclude: [ /jquery/, 'bower_components/modernizr/modernizr.js' ],
...

from wiredep.

I did. But I guess what I wanted was to exclude everything up to foo.

Using exclude: [ /.+?(?=foo)/ ], it ended up only by excluding foo. I thought a negative lookahead would work. The goal is to exclude everything but leave two different folders.

Any ideas how to do that?

(?=foo) is a positive lookahead.

/some/file/foo should match your regex. Is it not? Usually when messing with regex's, it's always the regex.

'/some/file/foo'.match(/.+?(?=foo)/);
// returns ["/some/file/"]
