@v-do thanks for this report, yeah, we've made a mistake when merging the pipeline rework on master, it ran once with the old tag. We're are curently trying to remove the files from pypi.
In the mean time you can switch to 1.4.0 without to much hassle, only one thing change for the lib users, you'll have to rename the "concurrently" parameter of your resolver to "list_concurrently" or "parent_concurrently" if it's resolved in a list or an object.
We're currently writing documentation about these two fields.
