How is this completed? The dll files available online don't work and you guys don't upload the dll with the emulator...

Oh well, managed to get the files from the Pokelink devs. Guess they did your job for you.

It was completed by virtue of having been answered in the sf.net thread and the other github thread

i tried the files from those threads and they didn't work. again, thankfully someone else had the files that did work.
Edit: okay, i hadn't seen your most recent link. That one worked. The others from before are still useless, but the new one did work. I'll add it to my file storage for now. Maybe some day in the future, rather than having to get the files separately they could be included? Just an idea.
