Initial Domain Lead appointments about governance-and-guidance HOT 5 CLOSED

Thought of this earlier but we can call the initial group "interim leads" to illustrate the point that this is a special round until proper elections this autumn

If so I believe doing a good job at calling out available positions and encouraging applications in the run up to autumn will be key. And I'm not sure it's worth complicating the terminology, as there's enough to wrap your head around already xD
