genmapsym.sh regular expression compile failed about loadlibrary HOT 2 CLOSED

I've never seen that error before, is this gnu awk? The idea is just to replace the special characters that can't be in stabs symbols with underscores, hmm. Does this command work?

$ awk '/[/^}{\[\]$?:@()><`\'\''|~,=!+&*-]/ { print "hello" }' <<< @test@
hello
$ awk --version
GNU Awk 4.1.4, API: 1.1 (GNU MPFR 3.1.5-p2, GNU MP 6.1.2)

I did use pin for coverage, I have a simple pintool that works really well for coverage. I'll commit it to the repository next week :)

Indeed it worked, Ubuntu's paranoia at its best: It uses by default the 'mawk' - I even don't know why it doesn't ship with the classic awk? Anyway I had to install the GNU awk (gawk) and yeah all good! Who would have thought, thank you so much!
