Beside the issue (I will add some additional debug output) you can, instead of uploading another code, also just execute the "Erase Flash" command in the Project Tasks
(By uploading the opendtu bin again, the data partition which contains the configuration data will not be overwritten. Otherwise all settings will be lost after an upgrade.

This is what I found:
Setting an invalid Inverter Serial crashes openDTU. I must have used an invalid S/N two days ago as well.
I tried using "1" and "100000000000" (a valid S/N has 12 digits). Both crash at this step:

18:34:36.077 > Setting radio PA level...
18:34:36.080 > Setting DTU serial...
18:34:36.082 > Setting poll interval...
18:34:36.084 > Adding inverter: 1 - MichaelGuru Meditation Error: Core 1 panic'ed (LoadProhibited). Exception was unhandled.
