I tried to install echoerr manually from buildertools/echoerr but this gives me another error:

Can you share you ARCH type? Share the output of following command.
uname -m

I have not tested this on m1. So would need to add some script for m1. Because of which its failing for you.

Can you please try uninstalling and installing the plugin again? I dont have M1 mac so I cant test it. @Grawl
