相同点：两者的目标都是金融级高可靠强一致。
不同点：
- 消息队列解决方案完整性。这方面CMQ作为云服务比较成熟，但是需付费；phxqueue虽然在微信内部使用成熟，但对外部来说仅做到了开源，运维配套、技术支持仍在完善，使用者要落地有一定学习成本。
- 使用场景。两者发展历程不一样，各有特点，例如phxqueue在内部支持事务消息，CMQ不支持。
以上仅为个人观点。
