我的电脑上没有安装window，但是在 can i use 里面看到这个EventTarget是可以用的呀

您好，重新验证了一下，IE11确实是没有 EventTarget 对象的（似乎是没有实现对应的构造器），具体看下图（来自MDN）：

can i use 是否是指的规范？不知道是否准确？
另外，当我在本地修改了 wujie-core 的源码后，尝试本地验证，似乎遇上了其他问题，不知道这样修改是否合理：

可以使用你们demo中的两个vue2的项目，一个父，一个子，在ie11上肯定能复现
